Well we've been here before many times, a trip to North Wales and Wrexhams Racecourse ground.

After keeping thier Football League status on the last day of last season by beating Boston 3-1, the Dragons find themselves proping up the rest of the league again early this term.

The game is pay on the day and with an away capacity of over 3000, there will be no problems. Ticket prices are £16 Adults, Concessions £10 and Juniors £5.

As with past seasons the Millers will be situated in the top tier of the Eric Roberts Builders Stand, An old stand but one with great views (as long as your not behind one of the two posts!)

Getting to the racecourse is pretty easy, Travelling from the North: Follow the M56 towards Chester leaving at junction 15 to join the M53 southbound. After a few miles the M53 becomes the A55 and leave this road at the junction with the A483 turning left towards Wrexham. Leave the A483 at the junction with the A541 and turn left at the roundabout and then straight over the next and the ground will be ahead of you on your left hand side.

Travelling from the South: Follow the M54 and then the A5 past Shrewsbury and Oswestry and pick up the A483 towards Wrexham. Leave the A483 at the junction with the A541 and turn right at the roundabout and then straight over the next and the ground will be ahead of you on your left hand side.

Speed Cameras: It is common to find an Arrive Alive van or police cars patrolling the A483 and A5, so watch your speed on your approach to Wrexham. There is also a fixed camera located on Mold Road as you approach the Racecourse.

Travelling by Train: The nearest train station is Wrexham General, which is no more than a two-minute walk from the ground. Turn right out of the station and climb the steps before turning right and heading back over the bridge and towards the ground. The two centre is only a five minute walk and is found by turning left out of the station car park and following the road through two sets of lights and you will be in the town centre.

Car parking is available behind the away end at a cost of £2 per car.

According to Wrexham fan-site red-passion.com theres plenty of drinking around the ground.

The Turf: Right next to the Kop and is mainly used by home supporters. However, it does let in away supporters in small numbers. It gets very busy in the hour leading up to kick off, so arrive early.

Centenary Club: The Official Supporters Club has use of the Centenary Club on matchdays and this is located behind the Sainsburys Stand with the entrance off the club car park.

Plas Coch: The Plas Coch Retail Park has a pub and is normally a favourite for away supporters.

Railway: If you walk down to the end of Crispin Lane past the ground and at the junction you turn left and then almost immediately right you will find the Railway at the end of this road.

The Lager Club: Walk past the station towards the town centre and the lager club is located opposite the post office depot with the entrance located at the end of offices. It is also the home of the Supporters Trust and Shropshire Reds on matchdays.

Town Centre: To find it walk down Mold Road into the town centre and it is the first pub on your left hand side. If you continue into the town centre McDonalds will be on your left and the next pub you reach is The Horse and Jockey and opposite that under the archway is a good chip shop. There are a more pubs on High Street and to find them continue pass the Horse and Jockey, passing Burger King on your left, and High Street is the junction with Burtons.
