As we know in this competition, anything around 7 or over is an above average score depending on how generous the judges are feeling. So with a score of exactly 7, going on recent scores, this HAS to be considered a good week for Markthemiller and he should be pleased with himself. However, the fact that he can't produce the good scores under pressure must be eating him away inside meaning he will never challenge the top three unless he can discover his bottle. Although Mark must be safe in the knowledge that if this competition was based around the ability to ask meaningless questions then he would have been declared winner a long time ago.
At the minute it's going to be two from three for final places in the top three and all three are separated by .65 points but Blockheads and Zipahdeedoodah will be hoping for good rounds in the doubles of Week 15 to haul them in to contention.
So, stealing Gino's crown of weekly winner is JeffBowski84, who claims victory in just his second week of entry. "Rehearsals are going well for the new Right Said Fred video" was simple but funny and had our judges in creases. He joins the long list of other weekly winners in the hat for the Prize Draw to take place at the end of the competition!
Tony260674's PC may have come back from PC World too late as his four week absence has cost him oh so dearly and Gazisamiller and Chappel59 also seem to have stopped entering, which is a blow for them as they were top ten contenders.
UFO shouldn't be too disappointed that she was scored lowest this week. She is a woman in what is very much a man's world of comedy so the fact that she is in 10th place is testament to her husband's sense of humour rubbing off on her. There were no extra points for it being a milestone birthday this week but keep going Foo!
