Graham Salisbury from Lancashire.
Graham started refereeing in 1985 in the West Lancashire and Northern Premier Leagues, he joined the National List of Assistant Referees in 1998, and was promoted to the referees' list in 2001.
This will be Graham's second visit to Don Valley this season, with him being in charge of the Millers game with Burton Albion.
The game finished 3-3 after the Millers threw away a 3-0 half time lead.
Goal scorers for the Millers were Ellison, Cresswell and Le Fondre.
Shaun Harrad scored a hat-trick for Burton after the break as six Yellow cards were produced in the game, three for either side.
This season Graham has taken charge of 16 Games issuing 56 Yellow and two Red cards.
Running the lines will be Robert Atkin (Lincolnshire) along with Gary Stott (Manchester).
The Fourth Official is David Storrie (West Yorkshire).
