Anthony's refereeing career started when he was 16 in his local Leagues before moving on to the Northern Premier League in 2001.
2005 saw him being promoted to the National List of assistant referees just one season later he was promoted to the referees list.
Among the top games he has refereed Anthony includes the FA County Youth Cup Final in addition to taking charge of an England U19 friendly International.
He also refereed in the Dallas Cup 2007.
This will be his first game involving the Millers.
His stats this season are 76 yellow and 4 red cards in 31 games.
