30 yr old Steve enjoys keeping fit and live music.
His started reffing at 14 years of age and eight years later was promoted to level 3.
After only one season he stepped up to level 2 where he remained for seven seasons after which he was promoted to the National list of referees in 2006.
Steve was an assistant referee for the 2006 FA Vase Final, and in 2007 refereed in the Four Nations Semi-Pro Tournament held in Inverness.
Last season he took 2 games involving the Millers, the 1-0 away victory at Wrexham, and the 4-1 home defeat to Stockport County.
In 19 games this season Steve has issued 51 yellow and 3 red cards.
Running the lines wil be Stephen Martin from Staffordshire along with Tony Maton from Leicestershire.
