Garry Sutton from Lincolnshire.
This is just the second season Garry has refereed at this level, and this will be his fourth game in charge of a fixture involving the Millers.
Last season his first game attracted some controversy after he passed the pitch at Don Valley playable for the game against Rochdale, after the U2 concert had damaged the surface.
This season he was referee for the Millers game at Bury when after 42 minutes Lowe broke the deadlock for the home side as he pounced on Geohaghon's blind backpass in the box to round Warrington and roll the ball into an unguarded net.
However a minute after the restart Le Fondre's cushioned header nestled in the corner after Kevin Ellison had won the race with Phil Picken down the left flank, picked up the blocked rebound and crossed to lay it on a plate.
This season Garry has refereed 14 Games, producing 43 Yellow and 2 Red cards.
Running the lines will be Richard Clark (Northumberland) along with Seb Stockbridge (Tyne & Wear)
The Fourth Official is Mathew Dicicco (Cleveland)
