Pat works as an Operations Manager and started refereeing in 1995.
He wasted no time getting through the system and reached the National List of assistant referees in 2002.
After two seasons on the list of Panel Referees Pat was promoted to the National List of Referees in 2005.
He was an Assistant Referee in the 2003-2004 Div 3 Play Off Final between Mansfield Town and Huddersfield Town at the Millennium Stadium.
This season in 20 games as referee Pat has issued 64 yellows and 7 red cards, hmmmm....
The Plymouth 1-3 Ipswich game in October may have made his stats look a bit steep, in that game 10 yellows and a red were produced.
