Graham Scott from Oxfordshire.
Graham started refereeing in 2001 and was promoted to the National Listed panel six years later.
Millers fans have not seen Scott in action since October 2010 as he took charge of the 1-1 draw with Stevenage at Don Valley, when Nicky Law was on the scoresheet and three players were shown the yellow card.
Scott has reffed 31 games this season and has brandished no less than 110 yellows and 8 red cards!! No tackles please...
