Andy Woolmer from Northamptonshire.
Andy is a ref we've seen virtually nothing of over the past few campaigns, however he took charge of the Millers final game of last season against Torquay at Don Valley which saw a 3-1 win and Ryan Cresswell go into the notebook.
Prior to that his last Millers action was back in March 2008 as he took charge of the 4-1 loss at Rochdale.
Marc Joseph had given the Millers an early lead that day before substitute Chris Dagnall, who replaced then Dale striker Adam Le Fondre, netted a ten minute hat-trick to seal the game.
Woolmer has already been involved in a Bristol Rovers game this season, their 3-2 Carling Cup defeat at Leyton Orient at the end of August when he booked three players on the night.
Overall he has yet to produce a red card, pulling the yellow from his pocket 29 times in 10 matches so far.
Running the lines at the Memorial Ground will be Mr. B. Huxtable (Devon) and Mr. S. Daly (Middlesex).
The Fourth official is Mr. M. Howes (Birmingham).
