An early starter Graham began refereeing at the age of 15, he reached the National list of assistant referees in 2001.
He was promoted to the List of Panel referees in 2005 and the National List of referees in 2007.
In 2007 he refereed a Conference Play Off Semi-final.
In December Graham was the ref in the Millers 1-0 defeat at Shrewsbury when the Millers were reduced to 9 men, Drewe Broughton and David Stockdale were both sent off, Stockdale's sending off led to the penalty which was put away by Grant Holt.
This season in 32 games Graham has issued 79 yellow and four red cards.
Running the lines will be Paul Davison (Cleveland) along with Kevin Mattocks (Lancashire)
