Dean who is single enjoys keeping fit, tennis and travelling.
31 years old Dean started in senior football in 1993 in Northampton and reached the National List of Assistant Referees in 2001.
He was promoted to the Referees' List midway through season 2005-06, and Refereed the Conference Play Off Final in 2006.
This season in the 19 games he been in charge Dean has shown 55 yellow and 2 red cards.
