Earlier this season he took charge of the Millers game at Bournmouth.
In 10 games this seas he has dished out 22 yellows and 5 red cards.

Graham has been reffing since the age of 15 and was promoted to the list of national referees in 2005 - in 2007 he made another step up and refereed the Conference play off final between tomorrow's opponents Exeter and Oxford.
His only previous Millers encounter was a 2-0 loss at Barnet just over a year ago - when he booked four players including loanee Ryan Cresswell and centre half Liam King.
This year his 13 games have yielded 33 yellows, but only the one red card.
His assistants are also all from down south - Mr M. J. Cairns and M. G. West (Somerset and Cornwall respectively)
