Married with two children, 44 year-old Graham started refereeing in 1985 and progressed through the West Lancashire and Northern Premier Leagues to reach National List status in 1998, being promoted to the referees' list in 2001.
He also officiated on the FA Vase Final in the same year
This will be Graham's second match this season involving the Millers, back in October he reduced Barnet to ten men at Don Valley but they still managed to win the game 4-3.
Graham's stats in 25 games this season are 60 yellow and 4 red cards.
Running the lines will be Wayne Porter (Lincolnshire) along with Gary Wallace (Tyne & Wear).
