34year-old Darren's road to the National List came via the Isthmian League.
He joined the National List of assistant referees in 2000, reaching the referees' list in 2005.
Last season he took charge of the Milers 3-1 victory over Morecambe at Millmoor.
Running the lines will be Lee Betts (Norfolk) and Keith Yeo (Essex)
