39 year-old Keith, a Premiership referee, took up refereeing in 1988.
He had progressed through the Wessex Leauge to the National list of assistant referee's in the year 2000, becoming a National referee in 2004.
Keith was appointed as one of the assistant referees to Graham Barber for the 2003 F.A. Cup final.
In 2007 he was included in the Select Group of 19 referees for the 2007/2008 season, at the same time, he stepped down from the FIFA list of assistant referees.
This season in the 21 games he has taken charge of Keith has issued 77 yellow and 5 red cards.
