Penn has been qualified as an official for the past 22 years and has previously been in charge of three Millers fixtures during his career, which have only seen us pick up one point in a 2-2 home draw with Leyton Orient back in December 2006.
So far this campaign Penn has dished out 50 yellows and four reds in 23 games in charge.
His assistants for the weekend are the two David's, Mr Buck from Kent and Bushell from London.
