Stuart Attwell from Warwickshire.
Attwell, who up until last season was a Premier League official, has officiated at every level in the Football League.
Back in 2008, aged 25 he became the youngest ever fast tracked referee to take charge of a Premier League game after just one year in the Football League, but he was demoted back in February of this year after a four year spell of controversial decisions including the phantom goal awarded in the Watford v Reading game when the ball hit the side netting.
In fact his first ever game as a league ref was the Millers 0-0 draw away at Hereford on the opening day of the season in August 2007.
The last time he took charge of the Millers was a 3-0 defeat at home to Aldershot in an FA Cup replay back in November 2008 at Don Valley.
This season Attwell has shown 62 yellow cards and 2 reds in 26 matches.
Running the lines are Mr. P. Kettlewell (Lancashire) and Mr. J. Hunt (Liverpool).
The fourth official is Mr. D. Handley (Lancashire).
