Phill Crossley from Kent.
Phil was a late starter to reffing at the age of 29, but made rapid progress through the leagues to be appointed to the National Listed panel in 2002.
The 2004/05 season saw Phil take charge of his first games involving the Millers, the Championship fixtures involving Coventry City at Highfield Road, the game ending 0-0, and the home fixture against Leeds United when a Martin McIntosh goal secured a 1-0 win for the Millers after they were battered for most of the game.
Phil has not reffed a Millers game since these fixtures.
This season Phil has been in the middle for 11 Games, showing 31 Yellow and 2 Red cards.
