Bratt stands in his second Millers game of the season, having previously booked three players in the 1-0 win at Wrexham back in September last year when an own goal decided proceedings 12 minutes from time.
His only other previous Rotherham game was a 3-2 win over Gillingham at Millmoor last season, when Ian Sharps was the only player cautioned.
Bratt's record to date this season sees a high total of 75 yellows in just 22 matches, nearly three and a half per game - and four reds.
His assistants will be D. Coote and M .S. Hutchinson (Notts)
The fourth official is Mr M. Brown (East Yorks)
