36, Andy started reffing at 14 and was promoted to the National list in 2001.
Last season he refereed the Millers 3-1 win at Accrington. Andy awarded a penalty to the Millers after just four minutes when Mark Burchill was brought down in the box. Burchill stepped up himself to convert the spot kick.
The ex-Celtic man made it two seven minutes later when he converted Dale Tonge's delivery from close range. The two goals were the first time Burchill had scored in over two months.
A goal from Andy Proctor gave Accrington some hope, but a Drewe Broughton goal 3 minutes from time wrapped the game up for the Millers
This season in the 12 games he has been in charge, Andy has issued 16 yellows, he has yet to produce a Red card.
Running the lines will be John Busby along with Paul Martin (both of Oxfordshire)
The Fourth Official is Mr M. Thompson.
