31 years old Dean started in senior football in 1993 in Northampton ain the the United Counties and Southern Leagues.
He reached the National List of Assistant Referees in 2001, and was promoted to the Referees' List midway through season 2005-06.
Dean Refereed the Conference Play Off Final in 2006.
Back in December Dean reffed the Millers 1-1 home draw with Darlington in the Johnstones Paint Trophy and hasn't been too clever in his outings with the Millers previously.
This season in 27 games Dean has issued no less than 71 yellow and 5 red cards.
Running the lines will be Brendan Malone (Wiltshire) along with Tony Mason (Kent).
