1. Ken Booth and his minions have seriously misjudged the fans. At one time

the Booth Out Brigade was outnumbered by followers of the Booth Saviour Brigade. Now latest Booth moves have shown him to be exactly what he is, a millionaire making money out of a tax break football club.
However, previously he could go anywhere in Rotherham without any hassle, now him and his son young Ken and his grandson Scott are public enemy number 1. Whilst not condoning violence some factions of the Millmoor support are more at home with physical violence rather than reasoned argument. I personally wouldn't want to be in Booth's Hush Puppies or want to be associated with him, no matter how many freebies I got for supporting him.
2. Greed obviously drives the whole of the Booth clan and they will try to get as much out of Freeman as possible. They know he wants the top car park for his plans, either sold or on a long lease. They also know that the new regime has to be in place quickly to capture new players and to generally organise things. So they can hold Freeman to ransom over the price of the land.
3. We are to blame !!!, yes we are to blame for jumping the gun and buying season tickets before the deal was done. This leaves a considerable amount of money in the bank for C F Booth & Co to siphon off as a repaid loan. Had we waited until after the deal then there was no way Ken Booth could get his hands on the cash. Delaying the deal maximises his advantage with regards to cash flow.
Due to the mood swing and chain of events I think that Booth now has to sell. Sadly all his financial posturing will only drain Freeman's resources, delay the restructuring of the club and will give RUFC a poor start to the new campaign.
Now there's a thought, maybe he does want to sell but wants it to fail after he's gone. A case of "I told you it was better with me"
A saviour of the club?, he never was or ever will be.
Booth and all his baggage has got to go, and quickly.
Keep the faith,
Grist
