Evans to make Blackpool changes?

The gaffer had kept the same team for the last 4 games, but after a late 2 goal rescue job from Jonson Clarke-Harris and Lee Frecklington, will he make room in the starting 11 for them?

Blackpool who currently sit bottom and 10 points adrift from safety have a few issues of thier own. Striker Ishmael Miller will be sitting this game out after picking up a red card against the piggys while fellow stirker Stephen Davies has a neck injury which looks like it will keep him out.
