Manchester United's 21 yr old striker Ferbian Bandy is one that is reported that Moore is looking at.
Another of his targets is Middlesborough's midfielder Josh Walker ,Ronnie Moore spoke to the tizer this week on the difficulties of fetching players in.
Moore said: "We have knocked on so many doors. I've a list of 15 strikers in my office but getting hold of a target man is really difficult. "Mccammon would have been good for us. He's strong and he's got pace and he could make the side better by holding things up for us.
"We also need someone who can put their foot on the ball and take the sting out of the game when we're under the cosh. Walker would help us do that. He's a quality player and he's played in the first team at Middlesbrough."
Looking forward to the two away matches coming up starting at Burton tomorrow, then the trip to leaders Rochdale on Tuesday Moore said:
"We need six points from these two matches and I don't see any reason why we can't get them," added Moore, who hopes to have Gary Roberts back available from a one-match suspension.
"Burton are a neat and tidy side and it's a good pitch so we'll be able to play football."
