Having previously been involved in the motor sport marketing, Rachel told the 'Tiser: "I'm delighted to have this opportunity to work for Rotherham United. I'm joining the club at the start of a bright new era with a new chairman who has some big, progressive plans for the future.
"It will be a big challenge for me, but I do enjoy a challenge and I'm looking forward to getting out there and helping build a successful future for the club."
