The Blackpool man who has seen his first team chances few and far between in the past season admits he is in no rush to return to the Seasiders while hes playing first team football at Millmoor
"It was great to get back into things and just to remember how it was playing a full game, I hadn't done it for a whole year. It's beautiful. There's no better feeling than stepping through that tunnel on a matchday and I just can't explain how much I loved it on Sunday." he told todays 'Tiser.
"I don't really fancy going back to Blackpool. I love the fans but things haven't gone to plan there. Obviously I can never rule anything out in football and if the gaffer (Simon Grayson) wants me back then I'll have to go because I'm contracted. But I'm more than happy here and I've got no problems staying for the remainder of the season, if not longer."
Said Bean: "At the beginning of this season I always had in my mind that I might have to go out on loan to get out of Blackpool. I was getting a bit bogged down with things and when Mark Robins came in for me I jumped at the chance. We've got a former Rotherham player, Shaun Barker, and he's told me what a good club it is."
"I haven't played many games and I was a bit rusty at times last weekend, but there's more to come from me."
Bean rates the Millers promotion chances: "I've seen more than enough to say that Rotherham could challenge this season. With a lot of hard work on the training field and a bit more quality every now and then in the final third I think there's a good chance of bouncing back."
"I have been surprised by the quality of the young lads they've got here and it's just been really easy to settle in. If I'm here for two months and we keep getting good performances like we turned in against Hereford, Peterborough and, at times, against Sheffield Wednesday then I'll be more than happy." he added.
