The Millers have already had a bid rejected, but over the weekend a second bid has been accepted with the 23 year old midfielder now on the way south for a medical with the Millers having sat out Ross County's freindly against St Johnstone
Lindsay is in the final year of his contract at Ross County
Ross County assistant boss Stuart Kettlewell said; “Every player has their value, we are not scared to lose players, If we’re losing players to big clubs for big fees then we’re obviously doing something right.”
“We think the world of Jamie — he’s been great for us. But we’re not fickle enough to think that if somebody comes in with a substantial bid we can turn that down.”
