Talking to the 'Tiser Scott said; “January is a big month for us. We need to make changes and I've spoken to the chairman about what I want to do. There are players I have brought into this club who have not stepped up to the mark, I hold my hands up to that, but certainly there have been others I've brought in who have set standards that others can't reach. We need everyone at the same standard."
“Defensively we aren't on it at the moment. We need to make changes because we have conceded so many goals, people have obviously not responded to what's been asked of them.”
“There's no reason we can't challenge in the second half of the season if we make the changes we need to make, There are players who have been here for a while and haven't been playing who need to move on. There are also players I have brought in who haven't stepped up to what I want them to do who maybe need to move on as well."
“If we can get players in of the calibre of Lewis Grabban, Alex Revell, Sam Wood, Danny Schofield and Gareth Evans, then clearly we are going to be a force to be reckoned with.”
Andy then looked forward to todays game at Hereford: “Hereford are down at the bottom but they're a tough side to break down and they've had some good results this year. It's always a tough place to go and looking at the weather forecast, the conditions aren't going to be great, but we've been doing well attacking- wise away from home and we're going there confident of getting three points.”
