Club back down on Student Ticket row..

One of the arguement Millers fans have had over the last 6 days is the lack of Student tickets when the club announced thier Season Ticket plans.

And today, they have reacted and introduced a ticket just for full-time students on presentation of evidence like a NUS card.

Paul Douglas told the clubs official website; "Having considered the appeals and correspondence we have received over the past several days, the board has decided the ticketing policy regarding students was unfair. They have therefore decided to offer a concession to students in line with that offered to senior citizens.

"That means that pre-sales will be available for £10, match day sales will be £12 while a main stand season ticket will be £252 and the rest of the ground £216."

Students will also get thier 5% renew bonus if bought before 30th June and new tickets will also recieve 2.5% discount until the same date.

"We hope this indicates that the board is listening and we also are not afraid to acknowledge that we don't get things right first time." added Douglas.

Let's hope they're also having a re-think over the normal tickets!!
