Club Reject 100k Offer For Campbell-Ryce
Last updated : 31 August 2005 By Millersmad Staff
The bid came in a day after it was announced that Campbell-Ryce had requested a transfer for personal reasons but the Millers 05 board knocked back the derisory offer. It is believed that they were holding out for a fee much higher than that after Mick Harford had stated that they would want a fee of "true value for his ability".

With the transfer window now closed until the new year, Campbell-Ryce, who claims to be unable to settle in the north will remain with the Rotherham. He recently lost his place to John Mullin in the first team and will face a battle to regain his spot.
