Coleman looking to the past for inspiration

Coleman has asked the Millers players to take a look back to Febuary 1982 - a month which saw the team pick up 9 stright wins and turned a team looking at relegation into a team pushing for promotion, and try to copy that month.

Speaking to the 'Tiser Coleman said, "We want everyone to be positive and treat this as a new beginning. I've spoken to the players and reminded them about the 1981/82 season, we started it in the bottom three and won 9 games on the trot and ended up fifth from top, so it can be done."

"The current set of players haven't ended up bad players overnight. They just need a bit of belief back." he added.
