Community day down at Millmoor

Mark Robins gave all but one of his side a run out in a 1-0 loss against Halifax Town. Tom Cahill missed out as he continues his recovery from a minor knee operation, whilst Pablo Mills featured despite ongoing speculation about the centre back's future at the club.

The game was a behind closed doors event and nothing can be read into the result at this tage of proceedings.

Meanwhile the club's community day has been scheduled for the day after the home friendly against Hartlepool United.

Players will be available to sign autographs, a penalty shoot out will take place on the pitch, face painting, bucking bronco and a bouncy castle provides the kids entertainment whilst various stalls will be set up with raffle prizes. The Red and White shop will be open and there is also the opportunity join Millers mayday, RUSC,. RUST and to take in a disco, karaoke and some live music.

The Suite will be open serving beer, soft drinks and hot and cold food. The day starts from 10am and is scheduled to finish around 2pm.
