"Because of my career I have had to resign from both board's this week, I've been doing this for years and its been a fantastic period which I've enjoyed vastly. But it's to do with my career, it's incredible the amount of time that everybody puts in, and for myself over the years combining the Club board as well as the RUST duties it's not been easily as many know I don't live locally." Dobbs said.
Chris went on the say "It's come to the point now where I've really had to choose between one or the other and I have'nt had much of a choice as obviously I've had to choose my career."
When asked wether or not there was anything sinister in his resignation with rumours of John Harrison's departure, "Obviously the board is evolving and there isnt really a good time for these sorts of thing but this has been forced on my due to work."
"RUST will continue from strength to strength with the new elections" - Which incidently nomination forms must be back with RUST by the end of Friday if you wish to stand for election to the RUST board who have 5 seats available.
"There will continue to be a RUST rep on the club board, The RUST board will discuss this and debate it at forums. The RUST board and the relationship with the club will continue to be good."
