The Millers are now unbeaten in five, winning the last two, but after ten games without a win previously, confidence was at a low ebb.
But the boss now believes that's been turned around going into tomorrow's Yorkshire derby.
“Everyone’s confident, everyone’’s happy and we’re winning games, which is what it’s all about. It’s all about what we do on the day against Bradford. They’ve had a good little spell with cup wins over Sheffield United and Rochdale but if we play the way we can do and with the confidence we’ve got, plus the pace and the power in our side, then I’d hope we can win the game", Andy said to the 'Tiser.
“It’s always a tough place to go with a big crowd but it should be a good match. We’re on a bit of a roll now considering the fixtures we’ve had of late. We’ve come up against some good sides and when we were losing games they were against tough opposition.
“But we’re unbeaten for a month now and it makes it important because we’re hard to beat. We’ve got the players who can win us games.”
