However the fans favorite found himself back between the sticks in the JPT game against Sheffield United and kept his place for the 1-0 defeat against Burton on Saturday.

Speaking on themillers.co.uk Andy said; "The support means everything to me. I think we have got a very good mutual respect for each other and I would go on record thanking them for that, I had a lot of support in the summer and hopefully I can now stay in the side and repay the fans for supporting me."

"Everyone knows how I feel about this club. I never wanted to leave, I just got my head down, worked hard and I've got to try and keep in the side now.

"I made it clear that I wanted to stay here and the gaffer knows that. Pre-season went well, I didn't sulk about things and it's just a case of getting on with my job." he added
