Phoenix, who replaced Dusty when he jetted off to sunny Spain last season, hasn't proved too popular with Millers fans!
The Rotherbird, which featured on sportswear from the clubshop back in the mid-90's, is to be scrapped and flap off to pastures new.
Local schoolchildren have until April 30th to design a new matchday mascot for the Millers, with gaffer Alan Knill judging the winner at the last home game of the campaign against MK Dons. So what kind of specimen can we expect to be prancing around Millmoor next year?
