“I knew he could score goals,” Scott told the Star today.
“He’s never really had a break or a run of games and I felt if we could give him that, then we’d see him blossom.
“It was a difficult decision for him because he’s better than League Two but he knew he’d get a chance coming here and that I believed in him. It’s no surprise he’s showing what he can do . He just needed the opportunity and he’s taken it so far and looks a threat all the time.” he added.
