"I don't know what the immediate future holds." Jon told todays Advertiser.
"If it could work for everyone and I could stay, then great, but it's not as straight-forward as that, as everyone knows. Honestly, I don't know what will happen over the next few days. It would be nice to stay on but my priority is the next two games against Cheltenham and Bradford and we'll see what happens after that."
"The priority was to come and play games and that's what I've done. I've enjoyed my football, the company of the lads and the coaches and being around the place. The fans have been fantastic as well."
Harley went on to look back at Boxing days draw at Macclesfield, which saw the Millers notch another clean sheet; "The pitch was OK on Monday but the wind didn't particularly help us. It was a scrappy game but we're taking the positives. It's another clean sheet and we had five or six efforts where we made the keeper work and on another day you would like to think a couple of those had gone in."
"We had a decent back four but then Johnny Mullins took a knock on his head and had to go off. Troy Brown came on and did well and it's good we've got players who can come in and step up to the plate."
"With the players we've got we'll always score goals. The priority for us is to keep clean sheets and if we do that then the rest will take care of itself." he added.
