Defender Colin Murdock will be missing on compassionate leave, He had been with the Northern Ireland squad but pulled out with the death of his father, MillersMad sends our condolences to him and his family. The Northern Ireland team played with a black armband as a mark of respect.
Gregor Robertson is back after Scotland Under-21 duty, however fellow defender Scott Minto is ruled out with an ankle problem. Millers Physio Denis Circuit told the official website: "It's not the same ankle Scott has had problems with before. He had a scan and there is no major problem. Scott will have another scan next week and hopefully nothing more serious will show up, then all being well Scott should be able to return to training in a couple of weeks' time."
The main doubt is wether or not Jamal Campbell-Ryce will be at the club. Mick Harford told tonights football heaven that a deal has been struck with Southend for the winger to move their on loan until January 1st, then the move will be made permanant. However he added that the deal has'nt been confirmed as yet.
Winger Andy Monkhouse is still a bit off fitness, however he is away at Lilleshall training centre. Mick is hoping for Monkhouse to get a reserve team game under his belt before the month is out..
Gillingham boss Neale Cooper is hoping to field the same team that drew against Brentford last weekend, however he will be sweating on the availibility of 2 players after international exertions. "Brent Sancho and Ian Cox are due back on Friday morning so hopefully the flights are OK and they can meet us in Rotherham." Neale told Gillinghams official site.
