There's nothing much to report either on the injury front, although Alan Knill is likely to make two changes to his starting line up.
Trio Colin Murdock, Michael Keane and Gregor Robertson are still unfit, but Neil Cutler is expected to be recalled after recovering from concussion picked up at Scunthorpe.
This means Andy Liversidge will drop out of the squad as Gary Montgomery warms the bench.
Elsewhere, Paul Hurst played 80 minutes of yesterday's reserve win at Hull City and may sneak into the squad that travels, whilst Theo Streete played a full 90 minutes and will probably start his first game for the Millers.
Knill told Radio Sheffield: ''I haven't brought Theo here to sit on the bench, he's just not been fit enough and needed this game under his belt."
Toumani Diagouraga (pictured left) is still languishing in the reserves, with Knill admitting the Frenchman is finding it hard to settle and become involved, despite having the talent.
The home side go into the match hardly safe from relegation themsevles, with newly appointed boss Stuart Gray breathing a big sigh of relief after a 1-0 win at Brentford on Monday night.
Full back Jason Crowe netted the goal from fully 30 yards, but his gaffer has called for the side to be more ruthless infront of goal. "It was a fantastic performance, we thoroughly deserved the three points," he told the club's website.
"The only slightly disappointing thing was that we didn't go in at half-time two or three goals up. We have been playing well but we haven't converted enough of the chances that we've been creating."
The Cobblers are expected to line up with a similar side to the Griffin Park win. He is missing midfielder Joe Burnell who's out for six weeks with ankle damage and Pedj Bojic. The 22 year-old centre back has undergone hernia surgery after limping off against Carlisle in mid January.
On loan Reading defender Alex Pearce is set to continue in defence whilst the goal threat comes from on loan Gretna striker Kenny Deuchar.
Last time out v Brentford:
Bunn, Pearce, Hughes, Doig, Crowe, Aiston (Taylor 71), Hunt (Laird 90), Bradley Johnson, Holt, Deuchar, Robertson (Kirk 66).
Subs Not Used: Dunn, Dyche.
Booked: Hunt.
