The Millers go into tonight's game on the back of their 4-2 over Leeds in the last round looking to oust their second League One opponents of the competition in Leicester.
Whether the Foxes arrive at Don Valley toothless though is another matter, as they look to turn their impressive league form into a run all the way to Wembley.
Rotherham boss Mark Robins has his team fired up, no douibts, against one of his former clubs, and the back four, which does include Nick Fenton after his race against fitness with a bruised foot proved fruitful, will need to contend with dangerman Matt Fryatt.
Robins told the media he's looking forward to it: "I want to put out the strongest possible side, I want to treat all competitions the same," he told todays Star. "I don't know what Leicester are going to do but I hope they are at full strength as well.
"It's certainly another interesting one to follow on from Leeds in the last round. That win was one of the highlights of the season and we've now been handed another difficult one.
"Leicester are going well in League One. Nigel Pearson has gone in there as manager and is determined to get success back at that club. They want to get promotion at the first attempt.
"I really enjoyed my time at Leicester, with a promotion to the Premier League and a League Cup win. It's a good club with good fans, but this game gives us the opportunity to claim another big scalp. We know it will be a hard match."
Reuben Reid misses out through ligament damage sustained against Wycombe, meaning a second start in a Millers shirt for Spanish attacker Omar Garcia. Alex Rhodes is set to come in out wide on the left.
Foxes boss Pearson may make changes at the back and in goal, buit has to do without strikers Paul Dickow and DJ Campbell who are still out injured.
Referee: COLIN WEBSTER (SHOTLEY BRIDGE). Colin has showed only 12 yellows in as many games this season, so lets home for a flowing evening of football.
