The Millers will be looking to pick up their first league win at Scunthorpe in 23 years in their bid to arrest a winless run that stretches back to the beginning of December.

Alan Knill will be hoping that the new players brought in will have gelled together, with Craig Fleming bringing his experience to help out a leaking defence to immediate effect in our last outing - the 0-0 draw away at Brighton.

Midfielder Michael Keane is out for sure as the club have sent the 24 year old down to Lilleshall in a bid to clear up a Hamstring injury that has kept the fans favourite out of action since November. Colin Murdock and Gregor Robertson are also out of contention.

The game is pay on the day for Millers fans, and with our last 2 home games being postponed, a large amount of fans are expected to travel the short distance up the M180, given recent games at Glanford Park, MillersMAD advises Millers fans to be careful where they park, and try to get an early train unless you want picking up by the boys in riot gear.

As for the home side, the main scoring threat is obviously Billy Sharp, who started out at Millmoor as a junior before moving to Sheffield United. Sharp has maintained good form despite the departure of strike partner Andy Keogh to Wolves.

Elsewhere the promotion hopefulls have Matt Sparrow back in the heart of the midfield after coming through an hour in the reserves in his comeback from a knee injury.

Defenders Dave Mulligan and Marcus Williams are now back in favour after being dropped ahead of the postponed Crewe game last week for club disciplinary reasons.
