Oldham sit in 7th spot in League One on the brink of the play off picture and will be looking for a victory to mount a challenge for those top six places, and to set the record straight after August's 1-0 defeat in the reverse fixture earlier in the season.

Mr Moore returns for the first time since his dismissal by the 05 board, and brings an improving Latics side with four ex-Millers in it's ranks. Ronnie told the Latics official site:

Attacking-wise they are not a bad side, they have some decent players and have picked up on results recently." I had eight wonderful years there as a manager but we have to go there and be professional."

Chris Swailes is set to start at the back and Paul Warne should figure out wide or in attack with dangerman Luke Beckett. Richie Wellens will pull the strings in the midfield if he recovers from a slight knock, where Lee 'the machine' Williamson will be a massive miss for the Millers. Another former Miller Guy Branston has resumed training and may be fit whilst Andy Liddell (right) is out for the rest of the season with achilles tendon damage.

Onto ourselves then, with the definate absentees being Steve Brogan and Scott Minto, although Brogan is now off crutches following a hairline ankle fracture. Neil Cutler is progressing nicely to challenge Gary Montgomery for the keepers jersey. Jonathon Forte scored in yesterday's 2-1 reserves loss against Huddersfield so he may figure in the squad. Lee Williamson sits out the final game of his ban.
