The tournament, which takes place on Saturday 26, Monday 28 and Wednesday 30 March, will showcase the four nations' talented youngsters as they battle it out for top spot and a place in this summer's European U19 Championship Finals.
The U-19's face Denmark at Crewe on Saturday 26th March (KO 12:30), Sweden at Bury's Gigg Lane on Monday 28th (KO 7:30pm) and finally Moldova at Blackpool on the Wednesday (KO 7:30pm).
Will returns to Millmoor on Thursday 31st March.
England Under 19 manager Martin Hunter said "We go into the mini-tournament for the players to pit their wits against the best in Europe - performance is important, but these are competitive matches and we'll be looking to win them. The matches will be a real test and I hope that football fans in the North West will come along and support the team."
Tickets will be priced at £3 for adults in advance (£5 on day of game) and £1 for children (U16) and OAPs.
