Alf the spoke about last weekends goal he scored at Cheltenham after a long thrown from strikepartner Tom Pope; "We got the throw and Tom said he could take a long one, which we didn't really know about, He launched it in, the keeper dropped it at my feet and I just reacted first. It was a monster of a throw, so we'll probably be using that one again!" he said.
