"I set a couple of goals up on Tuesday but I'd rather have three points," he told todays Advertiser.
"We always go out to win games and we know, in ourselves, we're good enough to win every one. I was gutted after Bradford because we played some decent football but came out losing."
"No disrespect to them, but I thought we were the better team and created the better chances. We passed 'em to death but we made the type of mistakes we can't afford if we are going to go up."
"If we cut our errors then there will be more wins along the line and hopefully we can start doing that this weekend against Accrington. There's going to be a lot of pressure but the lads can deal with it. We have 12 games left but the other teams can slip up as well. We just need to go out and do the business."
The possibility of a 10 point deduction should the Millers enter administration for a second time is at the back of Ross's mind; "To be fair, when the gaffer told us about the points thing, we were all a bit shocked but you just have to get on with it, It's not even playing on my mind. You've just got to focus on your football and try and get as many points as we can and that's what we're doing."
Ross went on to look at his long term future, and wether it would be at Millmoor; "I would be happy to stay but it's a question of whether the gaffer wants to keep me he's a big factor in it. In the meantime I'm just trying to concentrate on my own game."
