However his form (and that of Lee Williamson) has seen plenty of scouts sniffing arouund Millmoor over recent weeks, but Will says that the furore of his future doesnt bother him.
"I'm not really fussed to be fair, I'm here playing football for Rotherham United, its always nice to hear that people are going to be after you. If your young and scoring goals its always the norm isnt it?" Will told Radio Sheffield.
"I want to score as many goals here, I'm not fussed about anywhere else at this moment in time because I think if you take your mind of here then its not the right way to approach football. I'm paid to do a job here and thats what I'm doing." he added.
