It was a bad bang - Keane

After making his comeback from spending the last 4 months out, Keane lasted just 7 minutes after coming on as a sub in Saturdays game with Brentford before having to come off with an head injury..

He was taken to hospital for check ups after bleeding from his ear, however he was discharged and speaks to MillersWorld about it today.

"A ball was there to be won and you've got to win it. If I had'nt have won it the manager would have probably taken me off!" he joked.

"it happens in football, I've had a bad bang, obviously I ended up in hospital, I think I've ripped something in my eardrum but not to worry and hopefully it will be ok."

"My ear is very sore at the moment, with the air getting at it its double hurting. I've got cotton wool in it to keep the air away. I've seen a specialist and that, but my hearing isnt too bad to be honest."

"The main thing is that we got the three points which is the main thing that this club needs. The lads have done very well and we just have to keep that going now."

"Saturdays game is going to be intresting, both of us will try to pass it and all the pressure is on them." he added.
