And Robins believes his team deserve more praise for their achievements.
"We have got so much from a season that promised absolutely nothing. "The supporters have had something to shout and dream about with the cup wins and getting so close to Wembley in the JP Trophy. And don't forget that less than a year ago we had no ground, no training ground and no offices. Amid all that, we had to put a squad together to compete and get us to safety", said the gaffer.
"Pundits keep talking about how well Bournemouth and Luton have done after starting on minus points but there's no mention of Rotherham. I take that as a back-handed compliment because people have forgotten how well we've performed."
Robins then mentioned play off talk for pretty much the fist time this season, adding:"We're eight points off the play-offs with four matches to play. We need to win them all and hope, but even if we lose them all it's been a great season.
"Everyone at the club has been magnificent in really difficult circumstances."
