Warrington who kept the goalkeeping spot to himself last season, was joined by understudy Jamie Annerson, and goalkeeping coach Andy Dibble on Monday, he told the Official Site he was glad to be back:

"Myself and Jamie came in on Monday with Dibbs and did some 'keeper drills and it went well. I was glad to be back and not staring at the same four walls to be honest!"
"Pre-season is hard work and not always nice but it is crucial, it is vitally important that we are properly prepared," Andy added:
"Once training has started you find the games start coming thick and fast so we need to make sure that we are ready for the new season."
